We recommend booking at least 10 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, during peak seasons or special events, we advise booking as early as possible. Early bookings not only increase availability but also allow you to secure fixed lower prices.

We will continue to track your flight, so you don’t need to worry if it is delayed. Your pickup time will be adjusted accordingly at no additional charge. Your driver will be informed, and the vehicle will be rescheduled as needed.

If you require extra time for baggage claim, immigration, or other arrival procedures, please schedule your pickup for one hour after your flight’s scheduled arrival time.

We’ll email you at 8 PM (UK time) the day before your collection to confirm the driver and provide their contact details.

Please contact your driver as soon as you land and ensure your phone is switched on. The driver will also attempt to reach you and provide instructions on how to meet and complete your pick-up.

If you have booked Meet & Greet, your allocated driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall of your landing airport, holding a sign with your name.

The driver will schedule the pick-up time based on your flight’s actual landing time (if provided). The suggested pick-up time is actual landing time + 30 minutes (30 minutes is the minimum recommended timeframe after landing, but you may adjust it to suit your preference). The driver will wait free of charge, including parking and waiting time, for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.

Before your journey begins, you will receive the driver’s details, including their name, phone number, and car registration, so you can easily identify them.

If you are unable to locate your driver, we recommend contacting them directly first, as they can provide the quickest assistance. If you still cannot find your driver, please reach out to us via phone, email, or through our website’s WhatsApp chat feature (bottom left corner) for further support.

All cancellations must be made directly with our office via email or WhatsApp. Please do not communicate cancellations through your driver.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing at least 10 hours before your scheduled collection time. A small cancellation fee of 1.8% will apply.

If your flight is canceled, we will reschedule your booking free of charge or provide a full refund.

Any cancellations with less than 10 hours’ notice will be chargeable in full.

If you are experiencing prolonged delays, we recommend contacting your driver to inform him of any problems.

Furthermore, the 30 mins free parking and waiting time we include after your scheduled pick-up time usually covers these types of incidents, but should the waiting time go over the free waiting period we offer, additional costs will be applied (waiting time at Car £0.35/minute & MPV or Minibus £0.50/minute + parking ticket at cost).

Moreover, If we are unable to make contact with you by email or telephone within 45 mins after the scheduled pick-up time, your reservation is subject to cancellation, as per our T&Cs, for a “no show” incident.
